Doug Cooper of Glenmore Lodge kayaking to Bowfiddle Rock on Scotland's east coast features in The Adventure Show on BBC-2.
It was on TV in Scotland last night, but is on the iPlayer (for UK viewers) for seven days.
Most of the show is devoted to World Cup downhill mountain biking in Fort William, but you can find Doug 36'30" into the programme.
I shot and edited this at the end of May in glorious weather.
