This chap came a little close to the building where I was working this morning.
I snapped a shot on my iPhone and discovered this curious effect.
At least, I hope it was an effect...

You ought to send it in to the military and suggest they might want to check into what their rotor are being made of. Looks a little slack to me! LOL
